Ivan Noel, a Spaniard who was raised in France and now lives in Argentina, made his first short feature in … Brussels!  From the start of his career, he has always financed his own movies. To cut the costs, he also works as writer, producer, composer and editor for all his movies. It’s important to know that he always releases his completed movies on the internet. But this latest one, The Returned, was selected to our international competition and what better venue for this première than the Brussels’ Centre for Fine Arts!
