Stéphane Blanquet

Stéphane Blanquet’s satirical drawings weren’t only published in the newspaper Libération, but also in magazines with names like Chacal Puant (stinking jackal !). He’s also one of the driving forces behind the art collective Le Dernier Cri. After editing books as Les hommes microbes, Blanquet got involved with animation movies and contributed to the Hôpital brut project. He’ll present his first short film Le Placard and his 26 histoires muettes, which will open the Festival at Cinema Nova.
