ERNST AND THE LIGHT

This movie, made with few means, is a humoristic fable about the resurrection of Jesus Christ in our time. Ernst is a yuppie-like businessman who is completely preoccupied with his own little problems. This means that he is totally and utterly indifferent to everything else that goes on in the world. On his way to work, he’s talking with his cellular phone, when suddenly his car breaks down. A mysterious hitchhiker appears and tells him that he is the son of God and that he has chosen Ernst as his follower. What follows is an interesting conversation.
