An avenging angel stalks the streets of Seoul, looking for bad guys who got off way too lightly.
Something tough, old-school cop Sea Do-cheul is not too broken up about – they get what they deserve! – but his wimpy, new-school superiors go on and on about human rights, abiding by the law, courts, yada yada ya. Even worse, they oblige him and his team to protect the avenger’s next target, one of the most repulsive criminals alive. But ‘playing by the rules’ is not in “Dirty” Do-cheul’s playbook, so he’s gonna go about it his own way. Which is, with balls-to-the-wall violence!
