HOLD THE FORT (2026)

Lucas and Jenny are over the moon. This adorable couple has just bought a huge house in an idyllic, green neighborhood. And it’s a steal! To top it all off, on their first evening, they are invited to the neighborhood clubhouse by the homeowners’ association. Between sips of wine and bites of cucumber sandwiches, they quickly realize that they should have taken a closer look at the fine print of their contract. Every year, a supernatural gate opens in the nearby park, spitting out hordes of monsters and demons that swarm out to tear the residents apart. Tough titty for our sweethearts, because that annual bloodbath is scheduled for that very same evening! “Better a good neighbor than a distant friend” is the difference between life and death in this real estate extravaganza, where blood splatters merrily during the housewarming from hell.
