A Dutch couple spends a few days in Brussels. A cab-driver of North-African origin proposes to be their guide. But his look on the capital of Europe can be called rather bizarre. It has to be said that the man is not really sound in the head. And for our two brave and kind tourists, the worst is yet to come !
