France, 2039. The Paris agreements are but a mere rag lying around in the slums of what once was the City of Love. An authoritarian regime is now waving the scepter, and flailing it wildly. In the faces of everyone that dares to resist, for example, like environmental activist Julia who just lost an eye and her freedom after a stand-off with the police. Along with a couple of other troublemakers, she awakens… in a resort with pearly white beaches? But no Caipirinha’s on the horizon, as our activists will be pitted against each other as lab rats in the government’s newest security experiment: a virtual prison, Planet B.
